Scott Lodico

As a Project Manager for our Selective Demolition division, Scott brings more than 35 years of experience drawn from demolition and environmental projects.

Scott particularly enjoys projects that span both demolition and abatement, and one of his favorite projects involved demolishing a coal processing plant including all equipment, buildings and a 450’ concrete chimney stack.

Scott has degree in Construction Science from Kansas State University. Scott is also a licensed Asbestos Site Supervisor, Asbestos Inspector, Lead Supervisor, Lead Risk Assessor, and Lead RRP Certified individual. Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, cabin life, fishing, motorcycling and hunting.
